Understanding My BizPrint Bill

To help you understand your bill from BizPrint, we’ve created a quick guide on the invoices you will receive based on your plan subscription.

I’m subscribed to a Monthly plan subscription

On the 1st of the month you will receive two invoices for your plan subscription. 

  • Invoice BizPrint [Plan Name] (monthly) will be the cost of the plan subscription for the current month of service. 
  • Invoice BizPrint [Plan Name] (metered) will be the cost of the print usage for the previous month of service.

For example,
If you subscribed to the Plus plan, with 5,000 prints used for the month of June, you’d receive the following invoices for your billing on July 1st: 

Invoice BizPrint [Plus] (Monthly) – $12.00 for cost of the plan for July, the current month

Invoice BizPrint [Plus] (Metered) – $12.25 for usage prints of 5,000 from the month of June, the previous month.

I’m subscribed to a Annual subscription plan

On the 1st of the month, you will receive two invoices on the 1st day of the month your subscription begins.

  • Invoice BizPrint [Plan Name] (annual) will be the cost of the plan subscription for the full year of service. 
  • Invoice BizPrint [Plan Name] (metered) will be the cost of the print usage for the previous month of service.

For example,
If you subscribed to the Plus plan, with 5,000 prints used in the 1st month, you’d receive the following invoices: 

Month 1:

Invoice BizPrint [Plus] (Annual) – $108.00 for cost of the annual plan

Invoice BizPrint [Plus] (Metered) – $12.25 for usage prints of 5,000 for the previous month

On the 2nd month of service, you will only receive 1 invoice on the 1st day of each month for the usage prints for the previous month. 

For example, on month 2, you use 5,000 prints again, you’d receive the following invoices for your billing:

Month 2:

Invoice BizPrint [Plus] (Metered) – $12.25 for usage prints of 5,000 for the previous month

When will I get my first bill?

If you signup in the middle of the month, you will enjoy the service for Free for the remainder of your signup month. All BizPrint billing plans begin on the 1st of every month. The first bill will be processed for payment on the 1st day of the 2nd month of service.
