How much does BizPrint cost?
BizPrint Build is $0.05 per print job with a $5 monthly minimum, for apps and AI agents using the REST API and MCP server. Plus is $12/month billed annually ($39 per quarter or $15 per month) plus $0.025 per print job and includes the WooCommerce plugin. Pro is $36/month billed annually ($117 per quarter or $45 per month) plus $0.015 per print job and includes the WooCommerce plugin and Shopify app. Enterprise pricing is custom. Every plan includes MCP and REST API access, you are billed per print job sent to BizPrint, and you can start with 25 free print jobs, no credit card required.
Is cloud printing with BizPrint free?
Every account starts with 25 free print jobs, no credit card required. After that, choose a plan to keep printing. Development mode lets you send more than 25 while you test. You can get started with your free trial by signing up here.
What counts as a print job?
Each print request BizPrint receives is one print job, whether it comes from your store, your app or an AI agent. What happens at the printer, such as a paper jam or a printer that is offline, is outside BizPrint and does not change the count.
Will it work with WordPress / WooCommerce
Yes. Absolutely. BizPrint currently connects to WordPress WooCommerce through the Print Manager Plugin.
Does BizPrint work with Shopify?
Yes. BizPrint for Shopify is available on the Pro plan. Install it by following the Shopify setup guide. It is billed through Shopify on your store invoice, and Shopify pricing is shown on the app listing.
What is the Build plan?
Build is for apps and AI agents that print through the REST API or MCP server. You pay $0.05 per print job with a $5 monthly minimum that counts toward your print jobs. Build does not include platform plugins and apps, such as the WooCommerce plugin or the Shopify app. Those come with Plus and Pro.
What platforms do you plan on supporting in the future?
We support Windows, MacOS, Linux and Raspberry Pi OS using a downloaded app. We will be evaluating and adding other OS platforms in the future. BizPrint connects to WooCommerce through the Print Manager plugin and to Shopify through the BizPrint for Shopify app.
Can I get support during the trial?
Yes! We provide full support to get the plugin setup during the trial and provide help for any issues.
What if I don't use all my included prints, does it rollover?
No. The included plan prints will not rollover to the next month.
Can I buy add-ons separately?
At this time, Removing BizSwoop Branding and the Product Mapping add-ons are only included on specific plans. To get access to the add-ons you will need to select a plan that includes the add-on features with the plan. If you need templates for specific 3rd party plugin compatibility. You can Contact us or visit the template store.
Will my printer work with BizPrint?
We are working hard to provide support for many Printer Models and Types including thermal printers commonly used in restaurants. If the Printer Model can be connected to your Platform Windows, MacOS and Raspberry PI OS, the Printer Model should be supported. If you have a Printer Model not supported, open up a support ticket and we will evaluate the Printer Model and potential support.

Can I print from Claude, Cursor or other AI agents?
Yes. The BizPrint MCP Server is open source and runs locally on your machine. Install it as a Claude Desktop extension, or connect it to Claude Code or another MCP client that runs local servers. Your agent can then list printers, send print jobs and check job status. Every plan includes MCP and REST API access, and you are billed per print job sent to BizPrint. There is no hosted version, so it needs a desktop or local client. See AI printing and the developer docs for setup.
